Dee’s Kitchen street food trailer serves authentic and fusion Jamaican & American street food.

I make Jamaican classics such as Curry goat and rice peas or Oxtail. Salt fish and ackee or Saltfish calalloo in a dumpling.

Fusion food includes curry chicken pieces,rice,salad in a soft flour tortilla and some the essential pepper sauce!

American dishes such as 'Reno Red'original US style chilli, sticky Louisiana Hot wings or Chicago meatballs are often on the menu.
