​In a previous incarnation I worked as a Legal Account Manager, I’ve now moved away from ‘City’ life to pursue a new career path working with something I am passionate about.........food.

Like many cooks I started cooking at home by my mother's side and learnt to cook food from scratch at an early age.​

My cooking styles encompass modern European, rustic Italian, Asian, Greek and Middle eastern........and of course Caribbean.

I love scouring markets and street food events across London for exciting local ingredients and inspiration from the community.​

I am an imaginative cook who wants to provide wonderful food whenever and wherever I can!
